Not only did Chris complete our basement apartment with great satisfaction and professionalism, but he was able to facilitate a landscape renovation in order to create a way to our back walk out basement entrance. It was roughly a 600 sq/ft project with retaining walls, landings, steps, and walkway. Both the landscaping and the basement renovation were coordinated simultaneously, efficiently and to our agreed upon timeline. From the initial consultation and permit applications to the end of the project, everything was a smooth process. Because of his professionalism we were able to have complete trust in him and his team throughout the entire project. He will be our go to contractor for any future projects.
